Nasceu no Rio de Janeiro, numa família Cristã e muito musical.
Aos 13 anos começou a observar a música na igreja, e tocar com os amigos. Logo em seguida, iniciou seus estudos no piano clássico. Com dois anos no piano, paralelamente começou a estudar violão, guitarra, cavaquinho, teclado, bateria, pandeiro, contrabaixo elétrico e canto.
